Emun Koop. E. (Cooperative Society, hereinafter referred to as “EMUN“) makes available to you its Complaint Channel, so that persons connected with the activity of the Cooperative may communicate in a confidential manner any act or omission, especially criminal or administrative, that may constitute a breach of the law.

Emun is based on a corporate ethical management policy based on the principle of “zero tolerance” to combat unlawful acts, breaches of rules or any form of corruption, abuse or discrimination.

Our Complaint Channel is managed by an external company to provide maximum confidentiality and objectivity to communications received.

To use the Complaint Channel, users must act in good faith. The information they provide through the Denunciation Channel must be truthful and refer solely to an act or omission that may constitute a breach of the law or violate corporate rules. The Complaint Channel may not be used for other purposes.

The regulation guarantees that there will be no retaliation against persons who make good use of the Complaint Channel, but also provides penalties for cases where it is used maliciously, such as reporting false or incomplete information.

The Complaint Channel is available on this link.

The operation of our Complaints Channel and Internal Information System shall at all times be in accordance with the provisions of European Union Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of persons reporting violations of Union law, Law 2/2023 of 20 February and other rules supplementing, developing or replacing them.
